Dr. Natalia Soboleva, Founder and CEO

Dr. Natalia Soboleva founded Competentum Group in 1993. She brings more than 20 years’ experience in strategic management, international operations, and innovative e-learning product creation. Previously, Natalia was a professor at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) and a participant in the US/Russian GOV Business for Russia Entrepreneurial Program.

Keth Crotty, Director of Sales and Business Development

Keth Crotty brings 15+ years of sales and management experience to ShareKnowledge. His successes include direct and channel sales development for domestic and international markets, and he brings extensive expertise in launching new technologies around the world. His proven approach to sales growth and industry expansion are an ideal fit for the fast paced, international market of ShareKnowledge Learning Management Solutions.

Denis Kovalchuk, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Denis Kovalchuk is a SharePoint technical professional and has more than 8 years experience as director of Research and Development with ShareKnowledge and Competentum Group where he is responsible for both the LMS and content delivery platforms, including Internet projects.

Dmitry Krasovskiy, PhD, International Products and Services, Director

Dmitry Krasovskiy brings more than 8 years of experience in operations in both short-term and strategic management.  Dmitry’s expertise includes business analysis, marketing and sales, strategic alliances, and customer relations. Dmitry holds a doctorate in optimization and productivity (computer science), a master’s degree in mathematics and a bachelor’s degree in physics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT). He is also an Alumni of Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program held by the American Councils for International Education.
